Resveratrol and Insulin Sensitivity. The latest scientific findings on the power of resveratrol are adding another significant benefit to the already impressive health resume it boasts. In a study of 388 participants, net changes in glycemic measures were used to determine dose effects of resveratrol. The conclusion of the study was that resveratrol significantly improves glucose control and insulin sensitivity in persons with diabetes.

Analysis says that daily intake of resveratrol may improve glucose and insulin sensitivity in people with diabetes.
A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition set out to quantitatively evaluate the effects of resveratrol on glucose control and insulin sensitivity.
